For your first appointment, we’ll spend time talking about your life as a whole. Then we will compare how you use your apartment to how you live. From there, we'll make a few easy changes to better align your home with how you spend your time.
After the session, you will receive a full before and after layout along with a complete write up for next steps.
To have these recommendations come to life, we’ll discuss small changes that can have a big impact like editing what you already own, painting, storage solutions, hardware changes, and essential furniture
Coordinating this work can be provided as an additional service.
We will review your current apartment, visit the new space together, create a new layout, foresee opportunities, and come up with a move week checklist. We can provide quotes, supervise the move for you so you can work that day, make arrangements to have your internet set up, etc.
Sometimes an extra pair of eyes can help you figure out what to keep and what has served its purpose. Asking the right questions at the right time can take the guesswork out of spring cleaning.
By necessity, your apartment functions as both a living space and a storage space. Without the right storage solutions in place, the living spaces can become cluttered and unwelcoming. With the right storage solutions, what you own can be both out of sight and at your fingertips at the same time.
Merging households can be stressful. Moving from two apartments into one has a set of challenges that is different from one person moving into an apartment one person has been living in for awhile. Having a bit of help when thinking through the move can go a long way.
Working from home
People often find it more distracting to work from home than to work in an office but it doesn’t have to be. Taking a night class, studying for a professional certification, starting your own business, or even going back to school full time are all investments in yourself. You can create a space optimized to make this challenge a bit easier.
Adopting a Pet
New pets need places to eat and play and relieve themselves. They also have long stretches of time alone in your apartment while you're at work. We can help you prepare your space to simplify the process of fulfilling new responsibilities, keeping your pets safe, and your belongings intact.
